We use a U.S. based ticketing solutions company. Your credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars.

Be sure to book your tour well in advance. Tours sell out quickly during the peak season (March 1 – Oct. 31).

Tour guide gratuities are not included in the cost of your tour. We generally recommend giving your guide between 15% – 20% of the purchase price of the tour. Our tour guides are dedicated to making your tour the highlight of your stay in Paris, and gratuities are welcome.

Our tours run rain or shine. We reschedule you on a different walking tour in the case of extremely inclement weather.

Be sure to wear casual clothes and comfortable shoes. We walk and stand for a portion of the tour. There are places to sit down along our journey.

The starting and ending points will be on your e-ticket after you make your purchase. Your e-ticket will include a Google map with the starting and ending points.

Your tour is anywhere from 1-3 miles (1.6 – 4.8 km) in distance, depending on the walking tour you choose. For example, our neighborhood walking tours are approximately 2 miles (3.2 km). We walk at a comfortable pace, and you have a chance to sit down along the way. Private tours are customizable and can be a greater distance, depending on how much ground you want to cover.

Absolutely! We love families. Our tours are suitable for all age groups.

We have an adult rate for ages 18 and up. We offer a child rate for ages 4-17. Infants (1-3) are free.

Yes. Our tours are wheelchair accessible.

We limit the group size to no more than 10 people for everyone’s enjoyment.

Yes. Please print out your confirmation voucher and bring it with you the day of the walking tour. You may also show it on your smartphone.

If you are running late, you may call the number provided on your e-ticket. We will try our best to help you locate your group. However, the guide will be busy conducting the walking tour. There are no guarantees we will be able to locate the group. There are no refunds for late arrivals who cannot locate the group.

We have a no refund policy. You may reschedule your walking tour with 72 hours advance notice (subject to availability). In the case of extremely inclement weather, if your tour is rescheduled and you are not able to attend, we issue you a full refund.

On our food tours, you sample foods from various local shops and restaurants. It is enough food for a hearty lunch, so come hungry.

We have vegetarian options at some, but not all, of our food stops. We do not have vegan or gluten-free options. If you are vegan or gluten-free, please contact us before purchasing tickets for our food tour.

Please be sure to let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. Please be sure to purchase your tickets in advance so that we have adequate time to prepare your tasting substitutions. Last minute dietary changes on the tour cannot be accommodated.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our tastings are designed to bring you the best of what each renowned food establishment has to offer. There isn’t always a “next best” option we can offer that will meet your specific dietary needs. If you have SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES please contact us before purchasing tickets for our food tour.

We have a strict no refund policy. We can convert your tickets into a gift card credit with 48 hours advance notice. The credit never expires and can be used for any of our food tours in 7 cities.
