Meet Your Chef
Hello, I’m Chef Jeremiah. I’m a 25 year kitchen veteran and student of the central valley farm to fork culture. Having lived my entire life on the pacific coast, my food is shaped by that experience. I’m generally interested in local and fresh ingredients. This area has a veritable cornucopia of produce and livestock to offer your dinner table! My food can meet be called pacific rim fusion as I tend to blend ingredients and ideas from European, Central & Southern American, and Asian cuisines. Although, thanks to my amazing mother, making Italian food is definitely my comfort zone! Twenty some odd years ago I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. That’s also where I met my number one culinary partner, my beautiful wife! I’m a proud father of two, an avid gardener and occasional musician. I’m very excited about the opportunity to spread food knowledge and build cultural understanding.

CHOOSE BETWEEN A COOKING CLASS, COOKING COMPETITION, OR IRON CHEF-STYLE COMPETITION
Our group cooking classes can be arranged as courses or competitions. Learn and bond together in a fun yet relaxed environment with our bestselling group cooking classes. Or pick our cooking competitions to add a thrilling competitive twist to your event.
All of the class options have enough food for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
-
Your group will learn how to make the cuisine of your choice. Our classes are hands-on and collaborative. It’s a terrific way to bond with friends and family.
The class is designed to be enjoyable and informative for both beginners and more advanced cooks. The professional chef (and teacher!) is there to help you as much as you need throughout the cooking process. We do the preparation in advance, so you can focus on the fun part, cooking and connecting with your people.
-
Our cooking competitions are run like our cooking classes but with a fun competitive element.
Upon arrival, you will be split up into teams that will compete to make the perfect dish in your cuisine of choice. Everyone will make their food but will collaborate as a team to help each other cook a tasty dish.
Our chef will be the judge. You will be judged as a team on presentation, taste, and timing. The winners will receive a trophy tasting and bragging rights.
-
The Iron Chef-Style Cooking Competition is slightly different from the cooking class and cooking competition. Instead of choosing the cuisine you want to make in advance, you will be given a pantry full of ingredients and your team will decide on the spot what dish to prepare.
Our chef will act as judge and choose the winning team based on culinary criteria familiar from TV. The winning team will receive a bonus tasting. All the teams will love eating the ‘fruits’ of their labor.
*Included in all cooking class options: A charcuterie and crudite platter as a welcome snack, an expert chef with support staff, and enough food for lunch/dinner. Loads of creativity, flavor and fun!
