Our tours can be booked online anytime, and you may call us at (877) 568-6877 24 hours a day. Our regular live-response hours are Monday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, and we typically respond to calls and emails within 24 hours.

On the day of your tour, if you cannot find your group, call (877) 568-6877 and we will do our best to help you locate your guide.

Where our food tours meet
186 Gough Street is our business address, not a tour meeting point. Each tour starts at the location below; your booking confirmation repeats it.
Chinatown Food Tour
Starts outside East West Bank, 1066 Grant Ave (meet on the Grant Avenue side; cross street Pacific Ave). Ends at AA Bakery, 1068 Stockton St.
Closest BART: Montgomery, about a 20-minute walk. Parking: Portsmouth Square Garage, 733 Kearny St, about 5 minutes away.
North Beach Food Tour
Starts outside Caffe Trieste, 601 Vallejo St (cross street Grant Ave). Ends at Lush Gelato, 520 Columbus Ave.
Closest BART: Embarcadero, about a 20-minute walk.
Mission District Food Tour
Starts outside the Pirate Store, 826 Valencia St, between 19th and 20th, three blocks west of Mission St. Ends at Tartine Bakery, 600 Guerrero St.
Closest BART: 16th St Mission or 24th St Mission. The store opens at noon; we meet outside at 11am.
