Perfect Team Building Activities in San Francisco
Each class will be led by a professional chef and designed for guests looking to expand their culinary knowledge. In these fun, BYOB, 2.5-hour classes, Chef Eliza will guide students to completion of a delicious new dish, provide knife skills and technical know-how, and recipes to take home. Crudité and homemade dips will be provided as a welcome snack!
TEAM BUILDING COOKING CLASSES

TEAM BUILDING COOKING COMPETITIONS
In this standing, two and a half hour, BYOB event, guests will be divided into teams and compete in an unmatched culinary competition. Utilizing an on-sight Chef, a loaded pantry, lots of creativity, and huge amounts of collaboration, each team will build and execute a meal that is both tasty and special.
Ingredients will be provided for either a classic pasta dough, tortilla dough, or ready-made dumplings. Utilizing the pantry, each team will need to create one complete dish to present to the judge, and to serve their teammates. A Crudite platter with homemade pickles and dips will be included as a welcome snack.

Guests will be given fresh, homemade tortilla dough, a full pantry, and one hour to dream up and cook the most amazing taco their company has ever seen.

Guests will be given fresh, homemade pasta dough, a full pantry of ingredients, and one hour to channel some Italian flair. They must make a gorgeous pasta dish, be it fettuccine, hand cut pappardelle, or filled ravioli that will wow their fellow contestants and the Chef Judge.

With sheets of dumpling squares, a full pantry, and only an hour, teams will try to inspire their own Asian flavors and create the most delicious fried or steamed dumplings they’ve ever tasted.
