TEAM BUILDING COOKING CLASSES

    Guests will learn the art of crafting Spring Rolls, Veggie Sushi Rolls, and Temaki rolls. Knife Skills will be incorporated.

    Guests will be taught by an Italian Chef how to craft fresh pasta from scratch. Each guest will make their own batch of pasta, learn to fill ravioli to perfection with either savory meat or cheese filling, and help craft a marinara or brown butter sauce to enjoy with their creations

    Guests will learn the various and aromatic ingredients used in making a curry from scratch. They will be taught in-depth knife skills and leave with better-than-take-out-thai knowledge.

    Guests will not only learn how to pick the right shellfish and how to spot good quality seafood, but also each step to a perfect paella.

TEAM BUILDING COOKING COMPETITIONS

In this standing, two hour, BYOB event, guests will be divided into teams and compete in an unmatched culinary competition. Utilizing an on-sight Chef, a loaded pantry, lots of creativity, and huge amounts of collaboration, each team will build and execute a meal that is both tasty and special.

Ingredients will be provided for either a classic pasta dough, tortilla dough, or ready-made dumplings. Utilizing the pantry, each team will need to create one complete dish to present to the judge, and to serve their teammates. A Crudite platter with homemade pickles and dips will be included as a welcome snack.

  • Guests will be given fresh, homemade tortilla dough, a full pantry, and one hour to dream up and cook the most amazing taco their company has ever seen.

  • Chevron down Pasta Wars
  • Guests will be given fresh, homemade pasta dough, a full pantry of ingredients, and one hour to channel some Italian flair. They must make a gorgeous pasta dish, be it fettuccine, hand cut pappardelle, or filled ravioli that will wow their fellow contestants and the Chef Judge.

  • With sheets of dumpling squares, a full pantry, and only an hour, teams will try to inspire their own Asian flavors and create the most delicious fried or steamed dumplings they’ve ever tasted.
